Our Policies

 

Reservations and cancellations should always be made to the Tender Paws office phone: 704-517-8110, and will be confirmed within 24 hours.

Reservations: Please make your reservations as soon as possible. We will do our very best to accommodate last minute requests, but they cannot be guaranteed. 

Cancellations: Cancellations of mid-day walks with less than 4 hours notice will be charged.

Notification of Client Return: Client agrees to notify Tender Paws Pet Sitting when they return home.  If no notification is given, client agrees to pay for any additional visits until notification of return is given.  This is to ensure that your pet is always cared for.

Vaccinations: It is important to have your pet current on all vaccinations.  A copy of every pet’s vaccination certificate must be kept on file.

Keys and Security: Client is to provide 2 sets of keys along with any required security codes. Keys and codes are stored in secure locations when not in use.

Home Access by Others: Please inform Tender Paws Pet Sitting if any other individual(s) or company may be accessing your home during contracted service dates.  While our services are bonded and insured, we are not responsible for any damages from others that can access your home and property.

Cats: For the well being and safety of your cats we make daily visits. We do not make every other day visits. Thank you for your understanding.

Your pet’s care and well being is very important to us. We therefore do not share our responsibilities with others (family/neighbors/friends). Thank you for your understanding.
